Rules - U11 + U10
Technical regulations:
1. Players born in 2016 and younger are eligible to play; girls may be one year older within their category / age can be verified by registration number or health insurance card. Players do not have to be registered with a club in the FAČR system.
2. Match duration: 1 x 13 minutes. Number of players 4 + 1 / awards for a maximum of 9 players.
3. Competition format: According to the number of registered teams (minimum of 5 matches). Referees: provided by Trefto.
4. Rules – all matches are played according to the valid Laws of the Game and the provisions of these regulations. Coaches are responsible for the safe behaviour of players throughout the entire venue. Sliding tackles are forbidden! Aggressive or unsporting behaviour by a player may be punished by the referee by sending the player off the pitch. The coach may replace the player with another player. If the ball is kicked or thrown over the halfway line and for handball outside the penalty area, an indirect free kick is awarded from the place of the offence. For all players and coaches there is a strict ban on commenting on the referee’s decisions and statements.
5. Refreshments will be available in the venue during the tournament. Parents and accompanying persons must stay only in the designated area and are not allowed to enter the changing rooms. Behind the goal there will be an area for players to warm up and rest, with drinks provided. Only the coach and assistant coach are allowed on the pitch, and only in indoor footwear. Before the start of the tournament, each team must hand in its team sheet at the timekeeper’s table. A team that does not submit a team sheet forfeits the opportunity to compete for individual player awards.
6. Ranking is determined by: a) number of points, b) head-to-head result, c) goal difference, d) higher number of goals scored, e) taking three penalty kicks.
7. Pitch: indoor court.
8. Goals: handball goals – low-bounce ball = futsal.
9. Protests: any protests are submitted by the team leader to the tournament director, not to the referees.
10. Goalkeeper: If playing the ball from the hand, the goalkeeper may not throw or kick the ball over the halfway line. If the goalkeeper puts the ball on the ground and the ball is in motion, the goalkeeper becomes a regular outfield player and may then kick the ball over the halfway line. A back-pass is not allowed. If the goalkeeper catches the ball outside the goal area, the opponents are awarded an indirect free kick from the place of the offence. If the goalkeeper catches the ball with the hands inside the penalty area, an indirect free kick is awarded from the edge of the penalty area. After a goal kick, if the goalkeeper places the ball on the ground, a stationary ball may not be challenged. Opponents may press the goalkeeper only after the ball has been played or when the goalkeeper moves with the ball into the field of play.
11. Player: Throw-ins are always taken from the ground, always by playing the ball. The referee ensures sufficient space for the restart. Corners are only taken as kicks.
12. Substitutions: “Ice hockey style”, allowed during live play.
13. Set pieces: the defending player must stand at least 3m away from the ball.
14. Rewards: All teams get trophies, the top 3 teams get medals and certificates. An All-stars team of the tournament will be selected and rewarded. The coach will receive a team photo.
